By accessing or using RCMJobs, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use RCMJobs on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
Job listings and third-party opportunities
RCMJobs is a job board and career-resource platform. Some listings are posted by employers and others may be aggregated from public or third-party sources. We do not employ, supervise, or control the employers or applicants shown on the site. Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, compensation, hiring process, and employment terms of their listings. Applicants should independently verify opportunities before sharing sensitive information or accepting employment.
No employment guarantee
Resume review
Resume review and rewriting are intended to help present information already provided by the customer more clearly for revenue-cycle job searches. The service may use automated and AI-assisted processing. Output is only as accurate and complete as the information submitted. You are responsible for reviewing the final resume for accuracy before using it. Do not use revised materials to misrepresent employers, credentials, systems, responsibilities, results, dates, education, licenses, or accomplishments.
Employer postings
Employers may only post legitimate employment opportunities and must provide accurate, lawful, non-misleading information. Listings may not contain unlawful discrimination, fraud, deceptive compensation claims, prohibited products or services, malware, impersonation, or requests for unnecessary sensitive information. RCMJobs may reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate these terms or create risk for users or the service.
Purchases, add-ons, and promotions
Prices and included features are shown at checkout. Paid employer add-ons, listing durations, resume-review purchases, promotional codes, and limited-time offers are governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase. When a satisfaction or refund guarantee is specifically offered, that stated guarantee applies to the eligible purchase; otherwise purchases are final to the extent permitted by law. Taxes may apply where required.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RCMJobs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to provide the service you requested. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Candidate profiles
If you create a candidate profile, you are responsible for keeping the information accurate and deciding what information to make available. Do not publish confidential employer information, protected health information, financial-account information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for recruiting.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape or overload the service in a way that disrupts operations, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, impersonate others, use the site for spam or fraud, interfere with another user, or use RCMJobs in violation of applicable law.
Third-party services and links
RCMJobs may link to employer application pages and use third-party providers for payments, email, hosting, analytics, and other functionality. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or employment processes outside RCMJobs.
Disclaimers
RCMJobs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every listing is complete, current, error-free, or available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Career guides, salary information, resume analysis, and other content are general informational resources and are not legal, tax, financial, or professional licensing advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RCMJobs and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost profits, or losses arising from an employer, applicant, third-party site, or reliance on site content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. We may suspend access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or maintain the service.
