Short version: RCMJobs is a job board and candidate matching platform for revenue cycle management professionals. Use it honestly, don't scrape it, don't impersonate anyone, and don't use it to spam. Candidates own their data. Employers use profile data only for legitimate hiring.
By accessing or using RCMJobs (the "Service"), operated as part of the RevCycleAI ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including job seekers, candidates who create profiles, employers, recruiters, and visitors.
RCMJobs is a specialized job board and candidate matching platform focused exclusively on healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) roles. The Service provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your candidate profile. Do not misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, work history, or identity. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
You may only create a profile for yourself. You may not create a profile impersonating another person or using a name or credentials that are not yours.
You retain full ownership of all profile information and documents you submit. By submitting a profile, you grant RCMJobs a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, display, and (with your explicit consent) share your profile with verified employers and recruiters for the purpose of facilitating employment matching.
This license is revoked when you delete your profile or withdraw your consent.
Your profile is private by default. It will only be shared with employers or recruiters after you check the explicit consent checkbox on the profile form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your profile settings.
You may use the "Confidential mode" toggle to hide your current employer from employers who view your profile. You may use the "Hide my location" toggle to hide your city and state. These preferences are respected in all employer-facing views.
Employers and recruiters who access candidate profiles through RCMJobs agree to use that data solely for the purpose of evaluating and hiring candidates for legitimate RCM roles. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
You may not use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to scrape, extract, or mass-download candidate profiles, job listings, or any other content from RCMJobs. Violation of this prohibition may result in legal action and permanent banning.
Candidate contact information obtained through RCMJobs may only be used to contact candidates about specific, relevant job opportunities. Sending unsolicited marketing, bulk email, or any communication unrelated to employment is prohibited.
Employers posting jobs agree that their listings are for real, open positions. Fictitious or expired listings posted to harvest candidate data are prohibited and will result in account termination.
Candidate profile data accessed through RCMJobs may not be resold, transferred, or shared with any third party for any purpose other than direct hiring evaluation.
When you upload a resume to RCMJobs:
Many job listings on RCMJobs are aggregated from third-party sources (job boards, employer career pages, and RSS feeds). While we make reasonable efforts to ensure listings are current and accurate, we cannot guarantee that:
Always verify position details directly with the employer before applying or making any employment decisions. RCMJobs is not responsible for inaccuracies in aggregated listings.
RCMJobs is a job listing and candidate discovery platform — not an employment agency. Creating a profile or applying to jobs through RCMJobs does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any contact from employers. We make no representations about the hiring practices of any employer listed on the platform.

The RCMJobs name, logo, site design, career guides, and proprietary content are the property of RevCycleAI and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.
Job listing content is owned by the respective employers or third-party sources. Aggregated listing data is used under fair use principles for informational purposes.
Your profile content remains your property. See Section 3 for the limited license you grant us.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RCMJOBS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF REVENUE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us anything).
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for:
You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@rcmjobs.com. Upon deletion, your profile, resume, and personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or the Service. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
