Information we collect
Depending on how you use RCMJobs, we may collect contact information such as your name and email address; job-alert preferences; resume content and files you upload; candidate profile information; employer and job-posting information; purchase and transaction details; communications you send us; and technical information such as browser, device, IP address, referral source, and basic site-usage data.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve RCMJobs.
- Deliver job alerts, confirmations, account or service messages, and requested career tools.
- Process resume reviews and generate revised resume materials based on the information you submit.
- Process employer job postings, upgrades, and related purchases.
- Prevent abuse, investigate errors, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- Understand which pages, jobs, and career resources are useful so we can improve the site.
Resume review and AI service providers
When you use resume review, the resume or text you submit may be sent to service providers that help us process files, generate analysis, or produce revised materials. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for a job search. Resume-review output is based on the information you provide and may contain errors or omissions, so you should review the finished version before using it.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. RCMJobs may receive transaction identifiers, purchase status, billing contact details, and information needed to fulfill your purchase, but payment-card handling is performed by the payment provider.
When information may be shared
We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, database, analytics, email, payment, file-processing, AI, security, and other operational services. Information you intentionally publish in a candidate profile, employer profile, or job listing may be visible to site visitors. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets.
Job alerts and email
If you subscribe to job alerts, we use your email address and selected preferences to send the requested updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by following the available unsubscribe process. Service or transaction messages, such as purchase confirmations, may still be sent when necessary to complete a transaction you requested.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ by data type and service.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also unsubscribe from marketing or job-alert email. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. Submit requests through our contact page.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please use care when deciding what information to submit.
Children
RCMJobs is intended for people using career and employer services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or other appropriate means.
