Employers are solely responsible for the content of their listings. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Nothing in your use of RCMJobs creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and Tranche Group LLC. We are not a party to any employment agreement between a job seeker and an employer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tranche Group LLC shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
Job posting fees are non-refundable once a listing goes live. Listings run for the duration purchased (90 days for Standard and Featured; 30 days for Agency subscriptions). We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms without refund.
The RCMJobs platform, design, and original content are the property of Tranche Group LLC. Employer-submitted listing content remains the property of the employer. Aggregated third-party listings are reproduced for indexing purposes only.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Employers will be notified of material changes via email when possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
