"Revenue cycle talent is hard to find on general job boards. The people applying through RCM-specific channels are already credentialed and understand the work — you're not spending the first three interviews explaining what a denial rate is."
— Revenue Cycle Director, 400-bed regional health system
Common Questions
How do applications come in?
Each listing links directly to your existing application page (ATS, careers site, or email). We don't handle applications — candidates click "Apply Now" and go straight to you. No new system to learn.
What does "Google for Jobs" indexing mean?
Every listing includes structured JobPosting JSON-LD data. This tells Google to surface your job directly in search results — above organic results — when someone searches for that role. It's the highest-conversion placement available and it's included in every plan.
What's the RevCycleAI newsletter?
RevCycleAI is a daily RCM intelligence publication with a subscriber base of working revenue cycle professionals — billers, coders, denial managers, credentialing specialists, and RCM directors. The Tuesday newsletter reaches the exact audience you're trying to hire. Featured and Agency plans include newsletter placement.
Is there a staffing agency or volume discount?
The Agency plan at $499/month includes unlimited listings. If you're a firm that places RCM candidates across multiple clients, contact us — custom arrangements are available.
How long does a listing stay live?
Standard and Featured listings run for 90 days. Agency plan listings are active as long as your subscription is active and can be refreshed at any time.
What's the difference between Standard and Featured?
Both get 90 days, Google for Jobs indexing, and category placement. Featured adds: a "Featured" badge on your listing card, priority placement at the top of category pages, your company logo on the listing, and inclusion in the RevCycleAI Tuesday newsletter.
Can I edit my listing after posting?
Yes. Email
hello@rcmjobs.com with your job ID and the change you need. We'll update it within one business day at no charge.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of posting if your listing hasn't gone live yet. Once published, listings are non-refundable — but we'll work with you if something went wrong.
