As a Patient Account Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients by responding to account inquiries via phone and electronic communication. In this role, you will resolve billing and payment issues, follow up on patient account balances, and support timely reimbursement by managing patient accounts within your assigned area of the Revenue Cycle.
