Skills (Good to have):
Ø Should have excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Ø Should be able to drive the results to achieve business metrics
Ø Candidate should be self-driven, people leader, and result-oriented
Ø Skills to improve collections and reduce aged AR
Ø Identifying process trends and proposing solutions
Ø Identifying and implementing strategies for process improvement
Ø Ensuring timely delivery of assigned projects/reports
Ø Ensuring and driving adherence to company policies along with compliance
Ø Inter-department and intra-department coordination with multiple stakeholders
Ø Initiatives for productivity and quality improvement
Ø Controlling absenteeism and attrition within organization-defined goals
Ø Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ø Office-based provider billing experience would be an added advantage
Skills (Must have):
Ø Thorough understanding of AR Follow-up, Denials, and Appeals Process.
Ø Should have analytical skills & exhibit clear thinking/reasoning
Ø Should be able to comprehend & well-articulated to present his/her thought process well
Ø Should have excellent feedback and coaching skills
Ø Preferred to have Epic & Quantum knowledge
