- Job seeker data — none. We do not collect or store candidate information. Job seekers click through to employer application pages directly.
- Employer data — when posting a job: company name, job details, contact email, and application URL submitted via our posting form
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card numbers or payment details on our servers
- Usage data — pages visited and search queries, collected anonymously to improve the site
- Form submissions — job posting submissions are captured by Netlify Forms and delivered to our team for review
2. How We Use Your Data
- Publish and manage job listings on behalf of employers
- Process job posting payments via Stripe
- Send posting confirmation and listing management emails to employers
- Improve site functionality and job search experience
We do not sell employer or candidate data. We do not share data with third parties except as required to operate the service.

Job posting data (employer name, job details, contact email) is retained for the duration of the listing plus 90 days. Payment records are retained as required for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your employer data at any time.
