Job Description

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: -Applying federal security, credentialing, identity management, access management, or related policies, standards, and procedures to support operational security functions; AND -Conducting identity proofing, sponsorship, enrollment, issuance, replacement, revocation, or other credential lifecycle management activities; AND -Administering, supporting, or resolving issues involving physical or logical access control systems and credentialing programs; AND -Interpreting and applying security policies, standards, and procedures to resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues; AND -Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, IT, security personnel, or other organizations, to support security, credentialing, or access management activities; AND -Maintaining accountability, control, and chain-of-custody for credentials, badges, access devices, or related security assets. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a nontemporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
