Touchstone Communities is seeking a Regional Business Office Director to oversee financial, billing, and administrative operations across our Texas senior living and long‑term care communities. In this healthcare finance leadership role, you will manage revenue cycle, resident billing, Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement, budgeting, and AR for multiple facilities. You will mentor local business office
