JOB SUMMARY: Tracks, manages, and maintains physician orders and related medical documentation to ensure timely completion, compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, and uninterrupted billing and reimbursement for the Agency's home health patients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Tracks all physician orders including new, revised, and verbal orders from initiation through signed return. - Maintai
