Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Enforcing safety standards, and performing a variety of administrative and operational contractual functions in order to support the Installation's Command projects; 2) Serving as the government's designated representative, and the immediate point of contact to the contractor's representative; 3) Planning, organizing, and facilitating the necessary performance meetings with the customer and the contractor to help maintain mutual understandings with the customer and the contractor's representative; 4) Reviewing safety plans, activity hazard analysis, and material safety data sheets in order to ascertain the effectiveness of the contractors' safety program; and 5) Preparing reports and reviewing contract documents that support the recommended approval or denial of the contractor's request for payment, for services rendered. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee may be required to do some lifting, pulling, or pushing of field equipment and tools, these tools may include but not limited to ladders, odometers, and camera equipment. Routine heavy lifting is not required; however, incumbent is required on occasion to do moderate lifting (15-40 pounds). Full use of hands and legs is required for climbing, good hearing (with an aid), and eyesight (with glasses) is required to perform a satisfactory job.
