Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience managing project operations to support revenue cycle components in a healthcare system acquisition program to include patient accounting, coding, billing, and/or collections; 2) Experience monitoring contract performance to ensure requirements of all assigned automated systems are met; AND 3) Experience formulating strategic execution plans to streamline organizational operations or procedures. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03). ***Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Active Career Field. The employee must meet the DODI 5000.66 requirements applicable to the Career Category/Functional Area and the Career Level Certification assigned on the sequenced position Conditions of Employment data filed in the header of the PD/PRD. ***Practitioner Level II*** This is a DoD Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management, Practitioner Career Level II certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
